Instituted in the year 1981 in Coimbatore, we, at Premier Plate Fabrications Co. (P) Ltd., are engaged in fabrication of heavy metal equipments such as stainless steel heat exchanger, water sprinkler tank, wheel hub & gear rim, hydraulic tank, fabricated gear box, etc.
We have a sound infrastructural setup that is backed by our highly equipped production facility. We fabricate these products in accordance to the international standards followed in the industry. Our knowledge and experience facilitate us to meet the global challenges of coming years.
Having an annual turnover of Rupees 1.2 crores, we fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process equipments and other heavy fabrications for reputed companies including BEML, BHEL, Caterpillar, ISRO, Tamil Nadu Cements, NLC, TELK, KMML, Cochin Refineries, etc.
Manufacturing Facility
We have a 56000 sq ft wide highly equipped in-house manufacturing unit, where high precision equipments are fabricated. All the machineries and measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated to achieve +0.01 accuracy in boring and longitudinal machining jobs. We have highly experienced and dynamic team of welders, skilled and unskilled fabricators comprising of 70 employees. We have separate Supervisory Personnel and Q&A department, who adhere to international quality standards, and produce and supply high quality products.
Our Expertise
We, at Premier Plate Fabrications, boast about having expertise in:
- Fabrication of heavy structures weighing up to 25 tonnes single piece by the aid of 25 tonnes - EOT Crane.
- Stress relieving of heavy structures up to 5 tonnes (furnace size - 3000mm dia x 2500 mm depth) with 6-point temperature recorder and digital control.
- To form and press up to 100 mm thick plates using 1000 tonnes capacity hydraulic press.
- Heavy machining capacity available to undertake precision components by our skilled machinists.
